Information about Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Prevention Policy

We hope that everything is well with you and your family. We truly appreciate your support during this time and want to sincerely thank you for your business. 

The health and safety of our customers, and couriers is of the highest importance. With the ongoing news of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Canada, Hijabs&More is taking additional precautions during our packaging and delivery in addition to the recommendations and guidelines set out by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Government of Canada. To take extra precautions, we will be washing our hands before and after packaging your individual orders.

We appreciate that you want to shop online, and we have decided to make it as convenient as possible for you, like always, we do not charge shipping fees on any orders to the UK, Canada and USA. Unfortunately, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience but we want to take every precaution and measures to protect our customers and employees. 

We want to support local public health authorities in their response to COVID-19 and help in anyway possible. We have decided to donate 10% of all our revenues to support Penny Appeal with their mission to provide Pandemic Relief Kits to those in need. Please support their mission by clicking here.

Our courier and delivery partners are taking precautions to reduce contact with customers and have started to do contactless deliveries. Please see this link for a message from our courier. We use Canada Post as the delivery service and you can read the precautions that they're taking here. 

We believe that we are in this together. And in that same spirit, we will get through this together. Please be safe, take care of yourself and your loved ones, make some time for your loved ones and self reflect to improve and be productive. Please continue to take all the precautionary measures such as social distancing, washing your hands and not touching your face - let's try do as much as we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
