Add quinoa and water in a medium saucepan and simmer. Cover and cook it until the quinoa is fully cooked and the liquid has been absorbed.

Heat and mix it until boiling and lower the heat and mix for five to ten minutes, stirring frequently. Place the porridge in a bowl and add a pinch of cinnamon. Apple pie porridge will give you the energy you need for a full day.

The secret to perfect scrambled eggs is to fold them delicately in the pan for the curd, rather than a dry, shaken mess.

Mix 2 eggs with 3-4 tbsp of semi-skimmed milk in a bowl. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the egg mixture. Cook over medium heat while stirring the eggs gently until cooked through, with a large, smooth curd.

Sprinkle the eggs with some chives and pepper. Serve the eggs with toast, sprinkled with chives, and a little pepper.

Prepare these healthy and sugar-free granola bars in advance for a healthy breakfast wherever you are.

Combine 150g oats, 50g of berries and 50g of cherries, 40g of sunflower and 40g of pumpkin seeds in a bowl. Pour 50g of melted butter and mix well to make sure the oatmeal is well coated.

In a separate bowl, mash the three bananas and add them to the oat mixture and mix well. Pour this mixture into a pan and bake it in three ovens for 20 to 25 minutes.  You can increase the number of mashed bananas if you like soft bars.

  1. Place banana in a small bowl and microwave until softened, do this for about 20 seconds. 
  2. Add cottage cheese and mash until well combined.
  3. Add as per your liking, some milk, oats, chia, and vanilla.
  4. Stir well, then cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. The best softness and texture comes with overnight. 
  5. Add toppings as you wish.
